This is my story.
I picked up a camera for the first time in 2010 and honestly haven't really looked back!
Over the last 12+ years, I’ve built a successful wedding and family photography business that brings me joy. From the early days of starting a business, I quickly realized that there are many more tasks photographers require that aren’t taking photos… It’s no surprise that the weight of those tasks can start to feel overwhelming. It's okay to want to focus more on the photography that you love and less on the seemingly never-ending business tasks and to-do’s.
Throughout the years, I’ve always had a heart for small businesses, especially photographers, and engaged in spaces to connect with, offer advice, mentor, cheer on, and build community with fellow photographers near and far. Not many see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes for photographers.. You're not alone, and it's encouraging to connect to someone that "gets it".
If you know me IRL, you know that I love checking things off my to-do list. I'm a go-getter, problem-solver, and one of the most organized people you'll meet. I'm your virtual assistant and biz bestie that can totally relate and has been in your shoes.
It’s an honor that this chapter of taking limited weddings and sessions is beautifully balanced with helping other photographers as a virtual assistant. It's the best of both worlds!
